Delivering differentiated experiences through Omnichannel is a key focus. Our platform capabilities are predominantly crafted and delivered by our global IT organisations and are cloud based and mobile enabled – this includes Infrastructure.

International Commercial consists of markets in AsiaPac, MEA, LATAM and Russia/Eurasia with a revenue of ~USD 4bn (China is not in scope for this – but is part of International region). International is a very dynamic, collaborative and fast-growing business.

ABOUT THE ROLE?

We are looking to appoint a Data and Analytics Capability Lead accountable for partnering with the market-based IT teams and businesses across all our International locations. The successful candidate will be capable of bringing strategic thinking, thought leadership and clear direction, allied with the ability to build strong, productive relationships at all levels from individual markets, to International IT Leadership through to Global IT teams.

The role will drive common visions, capability and standardisation across data analytics, data governance, tools, data operations. The role will ensure alignment with the Global IT2025 strategy and Global IT directions and capabilities but will also be able to navigate unique market requirements.

This role is responsible for providing support and direction to digital, data and omnichannel initiatives across the International Region whether they are market, region or globally led. The role will need to understand current data acquisition, lifecycle and analysis tools and processes and bring expertise to improve, advance and where necessary, simplify.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED?

• Extensive experience working in data, analytics, or data governance roles
• A demonstrable track record of motivational and achievement-oriented leadership
• Strong experience of developing relationships with senior internal customers and suppliers
• Advanced proficiency in strategic planning, change enablement and innovation
• Deep experience of developing relationships across multiple countries, cultures, and time-zones
• Proven track record of managing and guiding multiple stakeholders
• Strong track record of delivering data related solutions with clear outcome and metrics
• Ability to work well in and across diverse global teams
• Strong networking and consulting skills
• Strong communication and influencing skills
• Proven change management skills
• Innovative thinking and Agile leadership
• Experience of leadership in a complex/geographical context
• Demonstrated Project management experience
