Commercial and Corporate & Investment (CCIBT) has an new opportunity for a Business Continuity Planning (BCP) lead to join the CCIBT Governance Operations team.

This role will support governance oversight of BCP (Business Continuity Planning) within CCIBT to ensure that policy requirements and established enterprise guidelines adhere to Enterprise BCP standards. This highly visible role will work collaboratively with the CCIBT platform teams, CIO organizations and Enterprise BCP organization to ensure all plan owners are adhering to BCP policy and standards. In this new role, the lead will be responsible for assisting the CCIBT BCP Governance leader with defining, communicating and executing a governance model including processes and procedures, be proficient in analyzing established KRIs and ensuring follow ups are addressed by appropriate parties.

Success in this role is greatly defined by the ability to remain calm under pressure, analyze KRIs (Key Risk Indicators) to draw conclusions and set expectations for governance accountability while maintaining relationships.

Selected candidate will be required to work within one of the following Wells Fargo locations: 300 S Brevard Street, Charlotte NC 28202; 1 N Jefferson Ave, St Louis MO 63103. Relocation assistance is not available for this position.

• 7+ years of technology experience
• 2+ years of business continuity planning experience

• Experience managing multiple medium technology development efforts within a major line of business
• Ability to influence across all organizational levels, particularly senior management
• Ability to manage or lead in a matrix environment
• Excellent analytical skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• 2+ years of data analysis experience
