  • Embrace organizational changes and champion them to medical representatives and colleagues.
  • Adapt leadership style to maximize impact to individual medical representative to deliver the business commitment.
  • In the midst of challenges, both internal and external, remain positive and focused on the areas within control.
  • Uphold Lilly’s policies and procedures.
  • Identifies, recruits, and selects diverse talent, based on established criteria and local business needs.
  • Serve as knowledgeable and trusted career advisor.

Constantly strive to grow employees who can deliver exceptional customer experiences

  • Leveraging situational leadership, coach field force to effectively grow capabilities in VBS.
  • Coach field force towards truly deep customer (i.e., HCP) knowledge.
  • Coach field force to deliver daily work in a way that differentiates Lilly to being truly patient-centric (understanding the patient needs, vested in improving patient outcomes, etc.).

Consistently deliver business results

  • Achieve objectives while living the value of integrity in both actions and decision-making.
  • Demonstrate full understanding of the business (territory, hospitals, etc.) for which you are responsible and its priorities in order to maximize the opportunities and mitigate the risks.
  • Partner effectively cross-functionally in order to deliver on operational plan and the objectives of the brand(s) strategy(ies).
  • Implement the plan, monitor execution status and results, and adapt as needed to accomplish business objectives.
