We have a rare contract opportunity for a Marketing Operations Manager in our Sydney team.

Reporting to the VP, Marketing. Asia and Emerging Markets this B2B role is accountable for delivering Marketing Technology & Automation to help support the growth of the business, as well as marketing operations and communication programs to support the product and enhance the customers experience. You will work closely with stakeholders across marketing, sales channels, product management and partners to be successful in this role.

About The Role

As Marketing Operations Manager, you will;

  • Experience in lead management, process improvement, budget management, stakeholder analysis, quality testing and data management
  • Lead special projects/ campaign initiatives as required
  • Technical and operational experience with automation platforms, preferably Eloqua and Salesforce
  • Assist in the delivery of strategy planning and marketing technology automation
  • Incorporate reporting and tracking methods into end to end campaign delivery, including web metrics performance tracking, to monitor and enhance ROI
  • Build strong business relationships to understand business objectives and delivering projects of value to the local market
  • Support timely reporting of results/ scorecard to stakeholders when needed
  • Understand marketing and business operating rhythm, and improve it over time
  • Onboard new joiners, provide regular training and best practices to team to improve gap and skillset
  • Monitor and maintain data quality in the marketing database, amending data as necessary
  • Comfortable to work on digital web platform and email marketing platform
  • Strong problem solving and decision-making skills

About You

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business (or equivalent)
  • At least 5 years experience in Marketing or a related field
  • Strong online/digital marketing/ marketing operations experience
  • B2B knowledge and experience is highly desirable
  • Strong influencing, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Work comfortably in a fast paced environment
  • Have excellent time management skills
  • Have exceptional problem solving skills
