We are in search of a Recruiting Coordinator (scheduler) to coordinate candidate interviews to meet our hiring demands and support our Engineering team. This is an excellent, entry-level opportunity for individuals to learn about full-cycle, high-volume recruiting. A qualified candidate will have strong organizational and prioritization skills to create and maintain interview schedules. This role will be a part of the Recruiting Operations team, and will partner directly with Recruiting Directors, Recruiters, candidates, and hiring managers to ensure a flawless interview and candidate experience to accelerate recruiting at PagerDuty during this next phase of growth. You will be part of an experienced, collaborative, and fun Talent Acquisition team that is passionate about PagerDuty’s success.

Key Responsibilities

    • Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to schedule virtual onsites
    • Ensure data integrity of our Applicant tracking system
    • Fosters open communication with the hiring managers, recruiters and candidates regarding interview availability
    • Ensures each member of the interview team has appropriate documentation, including the resume, contact information, and interview feedback forms.
    • Rescheduling as needed
    • Attend pipeline review meetings with Hiring Managers as appropriate

Requirements

    • MUST LOVE SCHEDULING!
    • Minimum of 1 year of coordination experience
    • Enjoys going above and beyond to create a stellar candidate experience
    • Thrives in a collaborative, fast paced, ambiguous and autonomous work environment.
    • Loves solving coordination problems and challenges
    • Possesses high competencies in attention to detail, sense of urgency, written communication, prioritization
    • Experience with an Applicant Tracking system and previous recruitment coordination a plus
