Through Wells Fargo Private Bank and Abbot Downing, WIM is also a leading provider of trust, investment, and fiduciary services, including personal trust services and a number of specialized wealth services designed to meet the diverse needs of high-net-worth clients.

With some direction from more experienced Performance Analysts and/or Manager, collects data and analyzes investment performance results for use in developing reports for clients, pension consultants, and internal management. Verifies accuracy of all portfolio and benchmark performance results and monitors performance trends. Responds to client requests and conducts special projects/analyses. Develops, with marketing staff, performance reports for client presentations. Typically has less frequent contact with clients.

• 5+ years of performance analysis experience demonstrated through work or military experience

• Experience driving for results, applying a sense of urgency, and bringing issues to closure in a decisive manner despite obstacles and opposition
• Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Access) skills
• Experience with analytical systems such as: Morningstar, Lipper, Zephyr, SimFund, Performance Evaluation Software such as: Callan PEP, eVestment Alliance, Mercer MPA, Mobius M-Search, Portfolio Evaluation Databases such as: FactSet, Baseline, MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Client Databases such as: Coates Analytics
• Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Effective organizational, multi tasking, and prioritizing skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced deadline driven environment
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels; where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important
• Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of broker-dealer channel

• Experience with automated financial systems such as: Wilshire IQ, FactSet, Confluence, Bloomberg, Advent APX
• Extensive knowledge and understanding of investment management and GIPS
• CIPM preferred
