ABOUT THE ROLE Our Business Applications Support team is accountable for implementing and customizing IT and business applications in support of our critical business processes. We are looking for a Business Applications Support Analyst who will be responsible for the first level support for various applications along with analysis, evaluation, testing and implementation of new functionalities across the different functional areas of NetSuite and other applications as well as support requirements driven by the business teams. You will work with the functional teams and collaborate closely with our IT team in Israel. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Assist with data analysis, reporting needs, continuous improvement initiatives and support for optimal usage within NetSuite and the supported applications
- Provide first level support to troubleshoot issues by identifying problems, researching answers, guiding through corrective steps, and coordinate with correct resources on issues that cannot be initially resolved
- Manage and collect data from various applications to support audit and compliance efforts
- Maintain the IT Knowledge Base and create Self Service guides
- Operate Bots and Automation rules to improve Self-Service processes
- Administrate applications access
- Follow up with users to ensure complete resolution of issues
- Configure systems and applications in scope
- Document and test business processes according to business requirements
- Train users as necessary and write training manuals
- Generate periodic reports to internal stakeholders
WHAT WE WANT TO SEE
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience as an ERP system administrator with hands-on experience (NetSuite is an advantage)
- Familiar with Atlassian Cloud products
- Bachelor’s degree in information systems, business analytics or other technology discipline is preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving and multitasking
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues
- Must be a quick learner of new applications
- Details oriented, accurate and consistent
- Financial Systems and SaaS business model experience in a growing organization is an advantage
- Ability to author detailed documents capturing processes, technical use cases and test case.
IT WOULD BE GREAT IF YOU HAD
- Experience with Salesforce CRM & Service cloud
- Experience with compliance needs of a public company
- Experience with BI reports/dashboards
- Experience with writing SQL statements
- Process documentation experience preferred
