Job Description:

The Supply Chain Strategy Analyst will be responsible for data analysis within the Logistics team: compiling, monitoring and drawing impactful conclusions from Logistics performance data, as measured through on-time performance, customer-reported errors, and weekly costs. The analyst will be tasked with leveraging this data and managing database tools to help inform high-level strategy. Additional tasks will include developing, improving, and maintaining integral tools; generating weekly reports to HelloFresh leadership; providing regular and ad-hoc in-depth analysis on network and carrier performance, and leveraging this analysis to provide the team with insight and recommendations on continued network optimization.

• Be responsible for weekly analysis and reporting on customer-reported errors, weekly costs, and carrier network performance
• Develop, improve upon, and maintain tools to support Logistics processes, and own necessary database improvements that support decision making and improvements across key metrics
• Support and help lead cross-functional projects geared towards improving data visibility and continuous process improvements
• Thrive in fast-paced environment with varying ad-hoc projects

At a minimum, you have...

• 1+ years experience delivering analytical solutions to complex problems
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Accounting, or other relevant area of study required
• Ability to work with multiple database systems and provide intelligence-driven conclusions
• Expert in Excel/VBA & SQL, while other statistical analysis software, including Alteryx, is a plus
• Experience visualizing data in Tableau
• Knowledge of Python a significant plus
• Excellent problem solving, critical thinking, and project management skills
• Ability to tackle large datasets and transform them to meaningful visuals
