Job Summary LOCATION: New Jersey DESIGNATION: CONSULTANT QUALIFICATION: JOB DESCRIPTION: -
- Candidate should be willing to work flexible shift timings.
- Should have experience working with Global clients.
- Should have total 12+ years of relevant experience in IT Infrastructure support.
• 7-8 years of experience working with AWS and a proven track record of building complex infrastructure
SKILLS REQUIRED: -
• Experience in designing technical solutions for AWS IaaS and PaaS services
• Experience with AWS Cloud migration Strategy, Business Case development, Application Assessment and DataCenter Migration
• Solid understanding of Cloud Operation Model and Governance Strategy
• Solid understanding and work experience of AWS cloud components - AWS Landing Zone, CDN, WAF, VPC, TGW, RDS, Lambda Functions, SQS, API Gateway, Advance Shield, KMS, Inspector, Containerization, IAM Roles and Policies, ALB
• Strong working experience on Infrastructure as a Code (Cloud Formation, Terraform, ARM Templates)
• Strong knowledge of Python, PowerShell, Shell scripts
• Sound knowledge of On-premises DataCenter infrastructure, virtualization, and networking and maintaining high availability infrastructure
• Good Understanding of source control/ configuration management including Git, Bitbucket
• Good knowledge of Configuration management tools (Ansible) and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, AWS Code Deploy)
• Good understanding of Single sign on framework, including SAML, OAUTH implementation and integration with third party tools (Splunk / Data Dog etc.) (1.) To adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements and company policies (2.) To provide support for on call escalations and doing incident and problem management (3.) To independently resolve tickets and esnure that the agreed SLA of ticket volume and time are met for the team (4.) To ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimum rejected resolutions or Reopen Cases (5.) Work on value adding activities such Knowledge base update and management, Training freshers, coaching analysts and conducting interviewsorparticipation in hiring drives (6.)
