Job Purpose/Background
Product Development is a key component of our strategy to maintain and grow our leadership position in the asset management industry. For this purpose, EII (ETFs and Index Investments) is looking to appoint a Vice President within the EMEA Product Development team, reporting to the iShares EMEA Head of Product Development. The team focuses on iShares ETFs and index funds across asset classes, engaging in strategic and commercial initiatives to drive business initiatives and expand and maintain the growing indexing product range.

This is an opportunity to join a compelling and fast-growing segment within the asset management industry. This important role will give the successful candidate an opportunity to be involved in shaping the product strategy and commercialisation, while interacting with many different teams across the organisation (product research, sales, marketing, risk management, index providers, investment strategy, portfolio management, ESG, Factors and Thematics teams, amongst others).
Key Responsibilities and Requirements
The individual will contribute towards product development and commercialisation, range management and strategic product priorities across our ETF and Index Fund ranges.
