Role Description

And now HelloWorks gives companies the power to radically simplify complex document workflows. HelloWorks is a form management tool that allows you to create smart forms that are legally binding and mobile friendly. The HelloWorks team is looking for a Senior Software Engineer in Test with an outstanding attitude to join the HelloWorks team and rock the quality of our mobile and web applications. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years experience as a Software Engineer in Test or Quality Engineer ideally in a start-up environment. This role is key to building out an effective Quality function and test automation so we can scale and release quickly.

Responsibilities

• Continuously build upon and improve our existing automation framework that will allow us to effectively and efficiently automate most of our application testing.
• Increase automation coverage to allow the team move toward releasing in CI/CD pipelines.
• Own the end-to-end test strategy for HelloWorks web and mobile that involves automation and manual testing.
• Mentor other test engineers in quality and automation best practices.
• Be a strong quality advocate for the team and our customers.

Requirements

• Experience: 7+ years of experience in Quality Engineering for a web-based product.
• Solid experience with test automation tools such as Selenium Web driver (Java is preferred, but Ruby, Python, C# or JavaScript are accepted) and TestNG.
• Experience with building automation framework from scratch and/or implementing new automation capabilities in the framework.
• Experience with automating web application UI.
• Experience with automating API tests
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
