Position Summary:

Victoria’s Secret is seeking a Logistics Analyst to support one of the highest volume retail transportation networks in North America. The international transportation team is responsible for managing global shipments to and from our US distribution centers. As an analyst, you will act as a liaison between internal partners and external service providers.

Job Responsibilities:

• Exclusively responsible for all shipments and transportation flows for a portion of the network
• Through data analytics and reporting, influence decision making and network planning
• Acts as a subject matter expert on behalf of the international transportation group
• Lead regular communication with domestic and international partners to ensure business direction and needs are met
• Build and maintain relationships through partnership and fair treatment
• Respond quickly to change with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn new ways to work and achieve objectives
• Responsible for accessing all transport services in the market and reporting new offerings and potential improvements to the department manager
• Provide weekly and monthly reports to management detailing provider performance, corporate volume and sourcing trends, and lead or support special projects as needed

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience working in a related position
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Transportation, Logistics or related discipline
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical abilities, and high proficiency using Microsoft Excel
• Analyst or leadership work background
• Demonstrated ability to work under pressure with time definite projects and reporting
• Self-motivated; proven ability to make independent decisions and suggest process improvement
• Minimal travel may be required
• Superior organization, time management and attention to detail
