Email Marketing Specialist

Job Description

SimpliSafe is seeking a highly motivated, passionate Email Marketing Specialist who can own Email Marketing execution for one of the most important segments of our business.

What You'll Do:

In this role, you’ll manage the day-to-day email implementation aimed at converting our lead base into subscribers. You will utilize your skills and passion to help make Simplisafe best-in-class at email production, personalization, inbox placement and conversion. You’ll be responsible for the testing and QA process to ensure that campaigns are executed efficiently and error free. You will use your creativity and knowledge of email best practices to help develop testing roadmaps and work with analytics partners to build and analyze reporting to track key metrics of success.

You will report to the Sr. Manager of CRM and have support from a team of talented copywriters, designers, analysts, and product managers.

What You'll Need:

• 2- 4 years of experience in CRM/email marketing
• Comfortable working knowledge of HTML email development
• Experience working with email marketing software, such as Braze
• Data-driven mindset; comfortable analyzing relevant key metrics
• Strong communication skills
• Proven problem solver
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and self-motivate
