We are looking to create a small team of creatives to work directly with our Chief Creative Officer cross functionally and across the entirety of the business to shape our visual language.

We are looking for people who have strong graphic design skills. Experience in areas such as art direction, videography, photography, film, print, design and everything in between would also be an advantage.

Requirements:

• Innovative graphic design skills or print skills
• Strong understanding of the KG brand, values & spirit and can translate these to shape our visual language and reimagine our packaging, labels, tags and more
• Previous experience with pattern design and/or packaging design is desirable
• Experience in content creation such as photography or film is desirable
• Understanding of iconography and how to incorporate it into KG branding
• Extensive research in your particular field of expertise, via online, print, retail & other methods, compiling imagery & ideas
• Recording findings in a clear and appropriate manner, ready for review by the project leader on a weekly basis
• Attend a weekly round-up meeting, sharing the discoveries and knowledge gained from the previous weeks research for the agreed project(s)
• Developing ideas that inspire you, adding your own flair, creativity and style
• Confident to present to senior stakeholders as and when required
• Complete ad-hoc tasks as briefed by the project leader (this could be setting up for a meeting to hosting guests)
