Market Job Description
The Manila Auto Business Documentation team will ensure business documentation meets Enterprise, Legal, and Compliance requirements, is clearly written, is communicated to impacted team members, versions are stored and archived, and proper approvals are obtained.
Manila team members will also support updating and managing distribution lists, maintaining a required approver chart, tracking certification of procedures, and other similar tasks supporting the Auto Business Documentation process. \
The Manila Auto Business Document process will also include the Validations, Audits, Production, Research (VAPR) team. This team will support the Auto Business Documentation process with second level reviews and controls on non-technical writing tasks.
Supervises day to day operations for an operational unit and/ or staff. Under management guidance, supervises nonexempt staff to ensure effective delivery of services. Provides training, performance evaluation and coaching. Implements processes to maximize efficiency of operations.
Market Skills and Certifications
Bachelor's Degree
2 years people management (manager level) experience in a BPO / Contact Center environment
Experience in managing multiple products, processes and partners/stakeholders
Willing to work on night shifts, shifting schedules, holidays and weekends
