Recently AppFolio acquired a start-up company, Dynasty, who created an AI bot named Lisa. Lisa, is a conversational AI which automates leasing communications, replaces manual tasks, and helps customers grow their business.

What you’ll Do:

We are currently looking for an account manager for our new V+ service, Lisa. This is an ideal position for motivated individuals with a genuine interest in coaching customers, a natural leader and advanced attention to detail. Manage a portfolio of our most valued clients: become their trusted advisor, understand their business goals and proactively drive outcomes to ensure long-term customer success.

• Ability to speak technically and non-technically based on audience
• Ability to influence decision-making and change
• Highly organized and strong ability to multi-task
• Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrable Leadership skills

Must Haves:

• BS/BA Degree
• Minimum 5-7 years work experience
• Minimum of 2-3 years experience supporting a SaaS product for large residential multi-family buildings
• Ability to travel about 30% of the time to the corporate office in Santa Barbara & to customer offices
