THE PREFERRED CANDIDATE HAVE THE ABILITY TO WORK REMOTELY - This position may be performed remotely anywhere within the United States except the State of Colorado.

JOB SUMMARY

This role reports to the Director of Product Management and is responsible to develop and coordinate a variety of communications and learning materials comprised of content, creative design, facilitation, and learning delivery.

As part of the Product Management team, you will be focused on creating content materials that provide product communications, sales materials, and operational materials to deliver learning and communication experiences for our products. This includes virtual, e-learning, and small to enterprise wide events. You will engage with cross-functional peers and leaders to actively deliver communication initiatives for all supported channels and deliver on a vision of learning & development through communication experiences.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Work with Product Managers and SMEs to understand our products and the customers who use them

Must be able to drive the content management process including instructional design, and deliver to internal and external partners through tight collaboration with the Product Managers

Develop, create, write, coordinate communications materials such as release notes, user documentation, including software for the cloud, hybrid solutions and mobile solutions, using Power Point and or other tools and media to communicate product and business capabilities to internal and external audiences from working directly with Product Managers and subject matter experts

Work with Product Managers to stay aligned, forecast needs and to recommend solutions

Review and update content based on feedback from stakeholders, peers, and SMEs and make strategic shifts in business goals and direction

Function as a project manager as needed to see communication efforts to implementation.

Become a curator of sources to support broad content consumer and talent pools

Ability to manage and provide reporting about content efficacy and use

Understand ing of technology solutions and operations so the knowledge can be converted to simple language and concepts for easy learning and comprehension

Assess content requests, curating available resources that are relevant to the requests/needs and/or creating plans that include the development of impactful dynamic training content in appropriate timelines

Be ready to discuss technical details and demonstrate your technical knowledge every day

Design and implement materials that ensure consistency in style and creativity

Actively engage in our Agile process, including daily scrum sessions, demos, and testing activities, as well as training and change management activities, as needed

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

No formal supervisory responsibilities in this position. Provides informal assistance such as technical guidance, and/or training to coworkers. May lead project teams and/or plan and supervise assignments of lower level employees.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in a related field of work or equivalent work experience. Requires technical and business knowledge in multiple disciplines/processes.

Bachelor's Degree with 7-10 years of experience is preferred

Prior experience includes developing and planning communications and training programs. Go-to-Market and product training is a plus

Demonstrated experience working effectively with individuals, groups, and organizational units to carry out the goals of a user learning and experience function

Has a strong team orientation and dedication to the team’s success

Instructional design experience, including e-learning and rapid design principles; or combined work experience and education. Must have experience developing materials that build knowledge and skill

Understand virtual facilitation tools (Zoom, Teams); content management systems (Confluence); and in-application messaging and learning management systems

Highly proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio, and Adobe products such as Photoshop and Illustrator

Experience in screen capture tools such as Camtasia or similar

Establish, maintain, and propose structural and organizational improvements to the content collection

Proven record demonstrated with examples and a professional portfolio as available

Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable, and courteous service to customers. Ability to effectively present information.

FINANCIAL KNOWLEDGE:

Requires advanced knowledge of financial terms and principles. Translates high-level specifications for software components into program specifications. Estimates time against completing the program specifications.

REASONING ABILITY:

Ability to research, comprehend, analyze, and interpret complex documents accurately. Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations. Requires advanced analytical and quantitative skills. Ability to solve problems of moderate complexity.
