As a Technical Recruiter you'll act as trusted advisor to Engineering Leadership to support the growth of their teams. You'll be a subject matter expert for advice on the outside-talent market, as well as how it compares to the talented Googlers we already have in the organization. You will develop search strategies and lead engagements to position Google Warsaw for success today and well into the future.
As a Recruiter your role includes understanding external trends in the talent market, engaging talent for Google opportunities, actively managing the client throughout the process, expertly assessing and evaluating talent for roles in Google, and leading discussions through to close.
