Role:

The Sr. Program Manager role reports to the Director, Strategic Program Office (SPO) and is part of Alliances and Channel Ecosystem (ACE) organization and will be accountable to create a world class partner ecosystem that aligns to the Global ACE mission and transformational operating model principles. With the objective of helping to enable and accelerate NOW growth to $10B and beyond. You will play a key role in delivering on the ACE transformational vision: ‘Partner Success’ is synonymous with ‘Customer Success’ in accelerating Digital Transformation and predictable Business Outcomes for our partners in a designated region/country/area.
The Sr. Program Manager is responsible for overall program management leading cross-functional strategic programs. Acts as the primary interface between stakeholders and works across many critical programs and initiatives to help our partners build and grow their business.

What you get to do in this role:

• Strategically engage with executive leadership on initiatives and programmatically execute against initiative requirements and tenants of the ACE Operating Model.
• Responsible for program metrics, analysis, reporting, development, enhancements, awareness, and scaling.
• Create program structure and ongoing development and refinement of other programs as partner demands change.
• Identify opportunities to design and develop new programs based on partner needs with established goals, plans, and metrics.
• Find opportunities to improve, invent, simplify, and automate program(s) for partners and internal stakeholders to accelerate our go to market strategy and partner growth.
• Work on programs and initiatives that optimize processes and enable systems for a world class partner experience.

In order to qualify for and be successful in this role, you should have:

• 5+ years managing programs for an enterprise software company
• Demonstrated ability to work with executive leadership
• Proven experience working with teams across multiple departments, and cross-functional groups including other program owners, marketing, branding, security, compliance, legal, tax, and finance
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Candidate must thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment
• Innovative, Self-Starter, Problem-Solver, and efficiency focused
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams through influence while also functioning as an individual contributor / team member whenever necessary
• Effective facilitation skills to encourage clear articulation of business requirements
• Sharp business judgment, ability to see "big picture" and to prioritize
• Ability to manage change and ambiguity with an action-orientation/drive
• This role requires approximately 20% travel.
