We are looking for an experienced Professional Services leader who loves building solutions, delivering business value and wants to be a major contributor to our Global Services organization. This position is for someone who has strong business acumen, solid understanding of technology and the ability to build new Services teams, manage finances and optimize processes.

As a Director of Professional Services, you’ll be responsible for managing a team of consultants for our West US region. As a leader of our Professional Services team, you will be responsible for helping to develop a world-class organization which delivers value and outcomes to our end clients. What you’ll do:

  • Manage and develop team of Professional Services (PS) delivery consultants
  • Engage with Account teams on pre-sales scoping and deal development for PS solutions
  • Collaborate with internal PS teams on the staffing and allocation of resources on both customer facing and investment engagements
  • Oversee Professional Services delivery of all engagements for West Region
  • Responsible for West PS Region P&L
  • Work closely with Project Management Organization and PS Ops team with regard to both customer-facing delivery and back-end finance/accounting activities
  • Serve as point of escalation for West region with regard to client, services sales or delivery challenges
  • Work closely with Professional Services customers and internal teams including Customer Success Management, Solution Architects, Services Operations, and Services Engineering
  • Manage and drive transformational Marketing Technology Programs focused on digital programs for top Regional Accounts
  • Project delivery methodology, partner with our Project Management Organization to standardize processes and deliverables for our suite of Professional Services offerings
  • Work with the Solutions Engineering team on the development, pre-sales and delivery of new service offerings
  • Work with the Services Operations team on the monthly roll up of key delivery metrics

You’re a great fit if you...

  • Have 10+ years of experience working as a Professional Services Leader building new teams and launching new service products
  • Have 5+ years experience in Martech, CRM, Data, Cloud or IT / Data Center
  • Have 5+ years building and managing high performing teams with a demonstrated track record of developing talent
  • Have 5+ years of Consulting experience as Project Manager and/or Implementation Consultant
  • Have 3+ years of Services Pre-sales experience
  • Have 3+ years of Services Account Management experience
  • Experienced in go-to-market for new products and services
  • Thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Are energized by overseeing anywhere from 10-25 ongoing and overlapping internal and external projects
  • Are able to travel up to 50% once post-Covid business travel resumes

Desirable but not essential:

  • Experience working closely with or implementing any of our Destination partners
  • PMP certification (or a similar accreditation)
  • Expertise in multiple areas of the MarTech ecosystem and concepts including attribution, analytics, adtech, CRM, mobile, NPS, and more
