In this role, you have the opportunity to:
Join the Enterprise Operational Informatics development team as an Engineering Manager solving real world healthcare challenges by leading a development team on the PerformanceBridge platform and application suite.

You are responsible for:

• Day to day management of a scrum team in Enterprise Operational informatics
• Providing mentorship, feedback, and technical leadership to team members, including through code review
• Tracking and reporting team progress across sprints
• Balancing management and leadership responsibilities with individual code contribution
• Contributing meaningfully to the codebase as a senior developer

You are a part of:
You will be a member and leader of a scrum team in the Baltimore office of the Enterprise Operational Informatics team working on the PerformanceBridge platform and application suite.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering required (or equivalent in a technical profession)
• At least 5 years of professional experience in web development as an individual contributor.
• At least 1 year as a lead developer and/or team manager required.
• Database knowledge and design
• Solution driven mindset
• Proven experience successfully delivering complex software projects
• Demonstrated ability to break down complex requirements into actionable work items
• Demonstrated leadership skills
• Working knowledge of Agile software development methodology
• Experience in healthcare preferred, especially radiology
