Your Role and Responsibilities

• Mining technology expert.
• Forecast to improve COC recovery.
• Be able to work across all Geographies, primarily support MEA.
• Provide expertise in order to post voic, to be able to align with the relevance of mining to the energy transition.
• To fill the need of expertise in mining across the market geographies.
• In the short term to be able to support several key pursuits.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Good understanding of the Metals and Mining Industry: strong demonstrable commercial experience
• End to end business process knowledge
• Manufacturing 4.0
• Economic value creation - ability to advise clients on this
• Should be able to provide advisory support to the CxOs
• Good inter-personal and leadership skills
• Multi country/ cultural exposure

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Technology and tools used in Metals and Mining industry
• Digital tools fr consulting
• Customer experience, Design Thinking
