As a Revenue Operations Analyst, you will be essential to supporting our Sales Leadership team and Sales Executives. It's a unique opportunity to be part of a Sales Operations team that help Contentsquare accelerate growth over the next 2-5 years. You will be an integral partner to Contentsquare Sales teams supporting its business via Salesforce and other business tools for system adoption, as well as providing critical business reporting.

What will you be doing?

    • Preparation, checking and analysis of business data sets, bringing insight to leadership so that they can make data-driven decisions
    • Critical business reporting and helping close deals
    • Build repeatable insight solutions to drive self-service over time, working with Salesforce administration and Business Intelligence functions within Contentsquare.
    • Providing business support to leaders in the organisation
    • Maintenance of Salesforce system data and reports for sales teams and sales leaders
    • Provision of business support on a wide range of strategic planning and reporting topics.

About you

    • Related degree or some relevant experience in a Sales or Business operations and revenue efficiency for SaaS technology
    • A head for numbers
    • A practical mind with solution-focused communication
    • Advanced Excel skills and experience working with complex datasets.
    • Knowledge of Salesforce.com is essential, and BI tools such as Data Studio (especially), Power BI and Tableau for data visualisation a bonus
    • Strong commercial acumen
    • Highly organised person who has a knack for prioritising
    • High level of personal drive, self-motivated and passionate.
    • Strong interpersonal skills, experienced building strong cross-functional working relationships
