Job Description

Digitalization Sales Specialist with mission to develop and grow Edge/AI business in domestic market.-Planning Go-To-Market activities and business development strategy for new markets and applications with Industrial Edge and Artificial Intelligence (AI) around Siemens TIA portfolio.- Define focus/target customers together with Sales to achieve budget.- Identify market opportunities for OT/IT integration solutions in order to win new business for DI FA Support- Approach potential key customers with sales in a variety of industry segments, gain recognition / awareness from customers on Siemens Edge/AI, consult technically edge solution for customers. -Identify the concrete requirement and define the customer specification. -Coordinate necessary internal and external resources to deliver solutions.■CompetenciesSkills- Language skill, Fluent Japanese and satisfactory English for communication with HQ in Germany- Sales or Industrial Product Marketing experience skill.- Strategic Thiking, Communication skills, Consulting sales skills are required- High Level programming language (C++, PYTHON)Knowledge-Good knowledge in Manufactururing and Automation-Knowledge in Automation products (i.e., PLC, HMI, SCADA, etc) and project experience is a big plus-Good knowledge of IT solutions (Cloud connection, Industrial Security, Docker, Apps, )-Basic/Good knowledge of Artificial Intelligence possibilitiesExperience- 5+ Working experience in different industrial branches. -Factory IT system and industrial IoT is a plus-Demonstrates and applies comprehensive knowledge in the field of specialization to the successful completion of complex assignments.-Demonstrates advanced knowledge of concepts, practices, and procedures of particular area of specialization.Personality- Very good and open communication skills across hierarchies- Ownership.- Self development.
