Your Impact on Our Mission:
As an Integration Support Associate, you’ll be responsible for implementing (local) and maintaining (local & enterprise) synchronizations to ensure Zocdoc maximizes appointment inventory and enables patients to enjoy successful booking experiences.

Your Day to Day Is...
1. Support
- Troubleshoot and resolve existing sync issues or requests for both local and enterprise clients. Identify the cause of an issue and resolve or recommend a solution to the appropriate parties.
- Concisely and accurately provide product feedback to Integration Engineers.
- Quickly and efficiently resolve cases in our queues, minimizing the need to reassign scheduled calls to teammates.
2. Implementations
- Deploy and set up new sync implementations
3. Learning and Development
- Attend and participate in team meetings and huddles.
- Utilize rubric and peer review to learn and improve performance. Provide constructive feedback on the fly to coworkers and leaders.
- Participate in client / cross-team calls and email scoring via rubrics/peer review, and provide feedback on the fly to Integration Support Associates.
4. Leadership
- Provide feedback and recommendations on how to improve workflows, technology, process, and user experiences.
5. Documentation
- Update and make corrections to documentation pages when appropriate.
You’d be Successful in This Role if You Have...
- Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Computer Applications or any related fields (with at least 60% score)
- Solution-oriented and a fantastic problem solver with a deep troubleshooting mindset
- Quick at learning technologies
- 0 to 3 years of work experience (Talented Freshers can also apply)
