Your Role and Responsibilities Join our Talent Acquisition team! The digital transformation of companies is imminent, IBM is an ally throughout the path to the new cognitive era. To meet all the demand for talent for this, we are looking for people with at least 2 years of experience in the IT Talent area in international companies or consultancies.
You will be responsible for leading end-to-end recruitment processes at the local and / or regional level, permanently interacting with line managers from each country. We expect you to have technical training, are passionate about technology and innovation, are open to continuous improvement, show vision of attracting talent, and want to be part of a transformation process will be prioritized.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise - +2 years of experience in searching and recruiting candidates in the IT field.
- Knowledge of Boolean search.
- End-to-end management of selection processes.
- Intermediate English level.
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise - Upper intermediate English Level.
- Experience using Linkedin Recruiter License.
