We’re looking for a talent advisor with a builder’s mindset. Someone who is able to create, pivot, recreate, and smile along the way. A University Recruiter who understands how to attract, engage and foster relationships with students. You will be a mentor, guiding students through our process and into our company. What you get to do in this role:

• Drive full cycle recruiting, from sourcing to offer accept with your assigned hiring teams
• Become a talent adviser for hiring managers, influencing their decisions and building our future
• Partner with multiple departments to drive the intern program
• Create and implement standard methodologies and recruiting strategies to hire top talent
• Proactively share data-centric updates with internal stakeholders to maintain aligned decision making and build trusted partnerships

In order to be successful, we need someone who has:

• 5+ years of full-cycle university recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• A passion for building teams and delivering exceptional candidate experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Proven abilities to create a strategic campus strategy and build a diverse pipeline
• Strong track record of sourcing and hiring passive talent
• An active and data driven approach to problem solving
• An interest in working in a cross-functional and fluid environment, with the ability to learn quickly
