Your Role and Responsibilities
The position is for an Agile Iteration Manager. Iteration Manager is responsible for leading an Agile DevOps Squad following Agile Methodology looking to maximize the value delivered to the Product Owner and improve Squad performance through automation based on metrics. This role Leads Agile ceremonies like planning sessions, retrospectives, also interlocks and negotiates with the Product Owner and stakeholders to agree on priorities.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
*Bachelor’s Degree in Software Engineering or IT related.
*Project Management skills - +2 years of experience as Project Manager
*Agile experience - +2 years working in Agile environments, looking to deliver value to the customers early and often, and helping the team and the Product Owner.
*Any Scrum Certification.
*Communication and presentation skills.
*Fluent English to discuss technical and business topics in a multicultural environment.
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
Jira Knowledge or other work administration tool (tickets, epics, stories) Supply Chain process Knowledge, Order Management processes,
