Job Description Hyperscience is looking for a Senior Director Growth Marketing with 10+ years of experience of driving revenue growth. The approach to driving growth is two-fold, pipeline build through solid demand generation and partnership with key stakeholders for conversion to revenue. The ideal candidate will come from a strong B2B enterprise software marketing background. They will have gained experience in pipeline and revenue creation from leading either a demand generation or field marketing team, be analytical and comfortable with reporting and analytics and have led a team that collaborate across the business to hit marketing goals to support revenue growth. Reporting into the VP Marketing, you will be a trusted resource for the marketing organization. You will closely collaborate to ensure that our reporting is accurate and we are focused on the right metrics to measure marketing impact. The candidate will focus on the full funnel metrics and be curious on outcomes to improve conversions. You will oversee a hybrid team across Marketing automation, Marketing operations, Paid Media, Email Marketing, Campaigns, Web and Account Based Marketing. You will be savvy on how technology can help marketing deliver better results working with the marketing automation team. You will ensure a strong feedback loop with the SDR team so we can continually evolve and improve our MQLs. Critically, you will also be a strong partner to the sales operations team so sales and marketing are a strong partnership aligned around pipeline and revenue goals. This is a full-time position located at Hyperscience in the UK or US East coast
Responsibilities
- Campaign ideation, execution and reporting
- Website development and optimisation
- Email marketing and nurture tracks
- Account Based Marketing
- Paid and organic programs - digital and SEO
- Partner with Sales and CX ops to ensure full end to end lead management
- Manage and optimize the full lead journey including lead scoring, routing and efficient handovers to Sales
- Partner with Sales Operations in creating and executing the strategic vision for data architecture, scalable programs and processes as well as reporting for marketing attribution and ROI
- Continuously strive for improvement, such as conducting A/B tests and experiments that lead to better performance
- Own board and company-wide reporting on key metrics. Create and maintain global live dashboards to provide insights into pipeline metrics, marketing campaigns, and business impact
- Understand key metrics for digital marketing
- Competent and confident in interpreting data to influence decision making
- Oversee and ensure proper integrations and maintenance between all marketing technology (Marketo, Bizible, data providers, ad tech etc.)
- Evaluating the long term scalability of our marketing tech, data, and infrastructure is an integral part of this role
- Experience of implementing new technology and being up to date on trends so we can build a data-driven, digital first marketing organisation
- Track record of willing to try new experiments; small scale to test and then roll-out wider, because you believe we can always do better
Qualifications
- 10+ years experience in marketing leadership at a a successful enterprise software organisation
- Proven track record of creating pipeline and closing revenue
- Data-driven approach to decision making
- Inspirational leader who motivates the team, leading from the front
- Experience with salesforce.com , specifically with reporting and campaigns
- Experience of Account Based Marketing
- Demonstrable cross-collaboration skills especially with sales operations and the SDR functions
- Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing reporting and data manipulation and analysis.
- Advanced experience with Excel/Google Sheets.
- Excellence in written communications, project management, and time management.
- Ability to get things done, quickly and effectively
