Job Description

Quantcast is hiring a Marketing Operations Manager to join our Digital Marketing and Operations team to be responsible for optimizing and managing the marketing technology stack, working with Sales and Marketing to optimize the Lead-to-Sale process, and ensure the marketing funnel is monitored and measurable from lead to MQL to closed-won opportunity. You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, and IT to evolve our lead lifecycle processes, technology, database management and analytics to support the company growth plan. Our ideal candidate is detailed oriented, passionate about using technology to scale, and an expert in driving solid operations programs. This position will report directly to the Head of Digital Marketing and Operations.

Responsibilities

    • Optimize existing martech stack, inform on martech strategy and infrastructure, and lead implementation and integration of new technologies
    • Rebuild lead scoring model and build out account scoring model
    • Build out new templates, programs, and nurture programs in Marketo
    • Define the lead lifecycle model and routing processes
    • Ensure lead flow between marketing automation system (Marketo) and Salesforce.
    • Maintain database cleansing and strategy
    • Create and scale reporting to provide a holistic understanding of demand generation performance, attribution, growth drivers, engagement, and trending
    • Verify attribution tracking on website and landing pages is set up appropriately. Implement, update, and oversee multi-touch marketing attribution reporting and ROI

Requirements

    • 8+ years experience leading B2B marketing technology with administrator-level background in a variety of tools.
    • Expertise with Marketo & Salesforce.
    • Understanding and experience in crafting and managing lead scoring models
    • Experience using LeadData or equivalent lead routing tool
    • Experience using or managing Google Analytics.
    • Proficiency with Excel and Google Sheets.
    • Experience evaluating and implementing various marketing and sales technologies
    • Experience in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving startup environment with the ability to work under pressure
