Your Role and Responsibilities
  • Providing specialized sourcing expertise for niche profiles. This includes designing creative and innovative ways of finding passive external talent.
  • Building and maintaining talent pools of suitably qualified candidates based on business demands
  • Consulting with hiring managers and talent acquisition partners to develop a strategic sourcing plan and ensure successful recruitment of quality candidates
  • Direct and proactive outreach to passive talent, including cold calling and headhunting
  • Fully qualifying the candidate during an initial telephone interview
  • Staying present in the process and engaged with the candidate thought out the full recruitment lifecycle
  • Build and leverage external relationships with technical/diversity/professional associations , to help shape sourcing strategy and develop future talent pipelines.
  • Proactively research new recruitment methodologies, competitive intelligence to create innovative sourcing strategies. Conduct external benchmarking to understand competitive recruiting landscape and influence best practices with team and stakeholders.
  • Meet/exceed key recruiting performance metrics.
  • Set high recruitment standards ensuring operational excellence and compliance.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent additional years of education and experience
  • Substantial experience in a recruitment agency environment where you have been involved in directly sourcing, headhunting, cold calling and interviewing candidates
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment and external market trends
  • Motivated team player with a passion for recruitment
  • Proficient at time management and organization with a strong sense of urgency, flexibility, and adaptability
  • Able to deal with ambiguity and changing landscapes
  • Expert analytical & problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a collaborative manner and develop strong working relationships with key stakeholders
