Aruba currently has an opportunity for a Network as a Service (NaaS) Customer Success Manager. As Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strategic partnerships with customers, understanding their people and business goals, and partnering with them throughout their NaaS journey. As a trusted advisor, you will drive proper onboarding and activation efforts, discuss optimal utilisation consumption use cases and identify expansion opportunities throughout the entire offering contract term. You will also be accountable for the customer project delivery of Aruba services.

The ideal candidate possesses a combination of project management/delivery experience, technical knowledge, and strong interpersonal communication and relationship management skills to become involved with all levels of business operation from day-to-day tactical activities to long-term strategic planning. We are looking for a proactive self-starter who is not afraid to roll up their sleeves to dig into the details and collaborate closely with a variety of different stakeholders.

As Customer Success Manager, you will: -

  • Ensure customer projects meets all scope, time, budget and quality expectations, through planning, controlling and managing customer projects
  • Manage corporate, customer and third party vendor efforts to plan, sell and implement solutions to customer problems
  • Meet or exceed SOAR approved budgets
  • Develop strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Identify and develop new Aruba Services opportunities with customers
  • Support early qualification and opportunity assessment for large and complex opportunities
  • Address technical demands and act as sales liaison, including partners to better support Aruba customers
  • Produce and distribute reliable financial forecasts and reporting

About You: -

  • Broad knowledge across IT networking including wireless and security
  • Knowledge of Cloud-based solutions and platform (e.g. SaaS, NaaS, PaaS, IaaS) or equivalent
  • Strong interpersonal skills, presentation and written communication skills
  • Ability to gather customer data required to effectively tailor a solution
  • Ability to communicate the value of solutions in terms of financial return and impact on customer business goals
  • Proven success in a Project Management/Delivery role
  • Understanding of Project Management methodologies
  • Ability to multitask and work independently towards business goals
  • Ability to work well as part of a larger team and across business functions
  • Sound business acumen
