Who You'll Work With

You will join us in Tampa, Florida as a member of the Visual Graphics & Media team which is part of a global support services function.With nearly 200 colleagues in the San Jose office, and 2,000 in Poland and India, we are the visual communications support team for McKinsey consultants. Business presentation specialists work on different requests every day, interacting with team leaders, quality analysts, peer specialists, and workflow coordinators to deliver high-quality products. We ensure that our firm’s parameters of excellence are met within the boundaries of business presentation standards.

What You'll Do

You will be responsible for going through design requests, understanding the requirements (design and delivery times) and contacting our clients for clarification.In this role, you will review the requests and reservations and subsequently validate, redirect, classify and prioritize them. You will be the bridge between our consultants and our designers. You will also route the requests to the correct teams and assign them to the most optimum designers.
