We’re looking for a Business Development Operations & Enablement Specialist to help increase the efficiency and overperformance of the Business Development team. Working together with the BDR Operations & Enablement Manager, the Specialist will focus on creating efficiency for BDR leadership by developing internal BDR resources and workflows while working to ensure proper cross-functional alignment with the Marketing & Sales teams.

What You’ll Do

  • DRIVE PERFORMANCE | Align all efforts for the BDR team to overachieve on our annual growth goals and improve average individual attainment. Drive up opportunity values and assist with lead inspection.
  • TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT | Assist with new-hire onboarding training for all Business Development roles reducing ramp time by 1 month while increasing the consistency of the training experience and creating trainings for tenured BDRs.
  • TEAM EFFICIENCY | Stay close with BDR team to identify workflow upgrades and efficiencies for the BDR team and then design, implement, train, and measure those improvements.
  • MANAGE TECHNOLOGY | Operate the BDR tech stack from an administrative perspective while driving BDR utilization and assisting the Marketing Technology Manager with evaluation of existing tool ROI and potential tech stack needs.
  • DATABASE STEWARDSHIP |Ensure proper database coverage while working to maintain/improve the quality of database.

Must-Haves

  • 1+ years of Business Development or Sales experience with a proven track record of success; leadership role preferrable (Team Lead)
  • Strong working knowledge of Salesforce
  • Working knowledge of sales acceleration software and email productivity tools like SalesVue, Outreach, SalesLoft, MixMax or Cirrus
  • Excel proficiency
  • Experience designing, leading, and following through on huddles/trainings
  • Outstanding communication, organizational, and time management skills
