Self Service Data Analyst to join our growing team. You will build models and analyze data for Auth0’s Self Service segment. The segment includes thousands of trial, free and paying customers ranging from developers to startups, to medium sized companies. The preferred location for this role is in Argentina.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain dashboards related to the Self Service business
- Build and maintain models to analyze Self Service business
- Perform detailed analysis of the Self Service business both on a regular and ad hoc basis
- Help Self Service automate and scale processes; find areas of opportunity for process improvements
- Detect untapped revenue opportunities via data insights
- Analyze Self Service & Startup initiatives
- Collaborate with sales, ops, marketing, finance to make data driven decisions for the Self Service business
Attributes
- 2+ years of experience working in a data role, ideally at some point in/with SaaS companies.
- Experience analyzing and modeling large, complex data setsDemonstrated experience with SQL.
- Familiarity with Tableau, Looker & G SuiteUnderstanding of the software development ecosystem
- Strong data and trends analysis skills.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally with teams in a fast-moving, dynamic and sometimes ambiguous business environment.
- Able to deliver quickly, creatively, and foster open communication.
- Strong written and verbal communications skills.
- Must be flexible and adaptable to changing demands based upon the needs of the business.
- Ability to work independently, establish priorities and demonstrate good judgment skills.
- Proactively seeks feedback and input; actively listens to others.
