Shipt is growing and we are searching for a CPG Promotion Manager to join our team!

Your Responsibilities

We are in search of a data-driven Manager of CPG Promotions to join our CPG team! You’re extremely passionate about data, numbers, technology, and improving processes, while also managing a team. You are an expert when it comes to the details and pride yourself on consistently delivering accuracy in your work. In this role you will jump into the rapidly growing CPG business and apply your skills to build processes and efficiencies across the team that will immediately impact Shipt’s promotions and relationship with national brands. This role will manage a team of three and have the opportunity to continue to grow the team.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience preferably in the Retail, CPG, or e-commerce space
• Experience in process creation and improvement
• Ability to multitasking and driving projects to completion on tight deadlines
• Possess strong relational database management & query skills - we use PostgreSQL & Snowflake at Shipt
• Experience with a Business Intelligence tool (e.g., Tableau)
• Dynamic and collaborative leader with strong communication and analytical skills

Nice to Haves

• Prior management experience
• Experience in building dashboards with a Business Intelligence Tool (e.g. Tableau)
