Product Manager - Cameos

Job Description

We're looking for a Cameos Product Manager to join Snap Inc! Product Managers at Snap work with engineers, designers, and other partner teams to build cutting-edge technology that creates extremely engaging and funny videos featuring users' faces. You will become the voice of the designer team by focusing on synthesizing external research, internal analytics, and cross-functional team feedback into a long-term product vision and near-term execution plan. Working from our London office, you will be responsible for developing and executing product initiatives that impact millions of users every day.

What you'll do:

• Define business goals and own the results for the Cameos stickers in Chat and in Preview
• Drive innovative product development with a team of engineers and designers
• Drive strategic product decisions via evaluation of market trends, user feedback, and meticulous retrospective and prospective analysis of product and content performance
• Establish, evangelise, and execute a shared vision across the company by building consensus on priorities
• Manage a long-term and holistic roadmap encompassing internal tools, policies, data/analytics, and feature development
• Solicit ideas and feedback, gather requirements, write specs, create wireframes and workflows, and coordinate cross-functionally
• Maximize efficient execution in a dynamic multi location environment where the process is fluid and creative solutions are celebrated

Minimum Qualifications:

• BA/BSc in Economics/Physics/Psychology/Math/Business Administration or CS/EE/General Engineering
• 3+ years of product management or product marketing experience at a consumer or enterprise technology company
• Experience of UI design creation

Preferred Qualifications:

• Additional experience in product strategy in mobile apps companies
• Ability to initiate, drive & course correct projects to completion with minimal guidance
• Ability to dissect and communicate the results of analyses in a clear and effective manner
• Exceptional analytical skills
• Experience in software development
• Familiarity with SQL
• Knowledge of Photoshop
