Job Description
As a Digital Marketing Analyst, you will be responsible for helping our Marketing Teams through the generation of actionable insights. You will conduct data analyses, generate insights, and verify them with appropriate organizations within Marketing, and you will share your recommendations with key business decision-makers. You will tell stories with the data and enable Growth Marketing to make strategic decisions based on growth potential. You’ll work with data scientists and engineers, analysts, and researchers to compile recommendations, develop capabilities, and define requirements for projects that will help activate our strategic insights with the business. You will work with stakeholders across Growth Marketing to improve the performance of Always-on Journeys and campaigns. What You’ll Do:
- Create insights presentations with actionable insights to internal marketing teams.
- Perform deep analysis of customer and account behaviour within our marketing journeys.
- Uncover trends in user and account behaviour to help inform marketing teams.
- QA/QC Data used for analysis to ensure accuracy.
- Deeply understand and be the SME for the marketing efforts and content aligned to always-on journeys and campaigns.
Who You’ll Work With:
- You’ll work with global and regional marketing teams supporting them with actionable insights and recommendations.
- In this ‘global’ role, you will work with and alongside all global insights and analytics team peers and stakeholders.
Who You Are:
- Come to work with a creative can-do attitude and innovation mindset in a rapidly changing environment.
- Have experience in marketing program execution, strategy, and planning, or analyzing and gathering insights from marketing programs and campaigns.
- Have a toolkit of technical skills enabling data exploration, multi-faceted analysis, and complex analysis.
- You are able to lead multiple projects in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment
- A superb communicator and analytics story-teller.
- Disciplined and process-oriented; proven attention to detail.
- Have 3-7 years of experience in a marketing or business data analysis and insights role.
Technical Skills
- Consultation and/or development of visualizations via Domo, Power BI, or Tableau
- Data exploration skills require SQL, R, or logic knowledge to guide deep data analysis
- Strong ability to transform data analytics into business insights
