Role:

The Web Project Manager will sit within the Web Team on Platform Marketing and own the delivery of CMS related projects. The role will be involved in the strategic planning of short and long-term initiatives and work cross-functionally with stakeholders, business owners and subject matter experts to gather, analyze, and develop project scope and technical briefs. This person will provide excellent communications and service to stakeholders, internal and external resources, and provide process guidance to ensure project success.


Responsibilities:

  • Drives the execution of website projects across multiple internal and external teams
  • Coordinate with vendor development team to groom the backlog, prioritize stories, and manage release schedules
  • Provides development and CMS feasibility checks during project planning phases
  • Develops schedules to ensure timely completion of projects
  • Manages day-to-day tasks and maintains in-depth involvement to allow for early identification of project risks and constraints
  • Manages project scope and executes change control when additional requests for features or functionality are made by stakeholders
  • Evaluates business requirements and ensures that project deliverables are high-quality, accurate, and meet objectives
  • Works with the Content, QA, and Engineering teams to ensure accurate executions and provide assistance in troubleshooting website issues
  • Maintain process and project documentations in Jira, Confluence, and Google Drive
  • Provides daily/weekly/etc. project status updates to stakeholders


Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in project management and managing cross-functional teams
  • Practices the basics of project management (story creation, project planning, resource planning, risk management, change management, communication planning)
  • Experience with AEM, JIRA, Confluence, Google Drive is preferred
  • Able to deliver under extreme deadlines and fast-paced environment
  • Proactive and solution-oriented when managing issues
  • Demonstrated analysis/assessment capabilities
  • Familiarity with agile and waterfall methodologies
  • Excellent communication skills required
