Job Description
Infoblox is seeking an independent and results-driven individual who will work as part of the field marketing team to develop and execute field demand generation programs and campaigns to generate a pipeline to support business growth for SAARC. This position is based in Mumbai, India.
This person will be responsible for driving and nurturing leads, accelerating existing opportunities, and working closely with the country sales team and the corporate marketing team to roll out field marketing programs aligned to sales priorities and revenue targets. Responsibilities:- Partner with the Country Manager(s) to establish marketing priorities aligned to both corporate objectives and local sales priorities
- Develop shared pipeline forecasts with sales based on a solid understanding of the contributions of various marketing tactics executed by both field and corporate teams
- Actively seek out new and different tactics to reach the target buyers to drive opportunity generation and pipeline acceleration, including field events (virtual and face to face), trade shows, social media, digital programs, direct mail, telemarketing, and partner programs
- Collaborate with channel managers and partners to build joint marketing programs and increase partner-sourced contribution to the business
- Grow the database of targetable contacts in the right accounts, job levels, and functions
- Partner with the sales teams and customer advocacy team to grow customer references and case studies
- Provide regional support for the PR strategy that is developed by corporate and executed by local agencies
- Own your data - measure, analyze, and report on marketing activities to understand the contribution to pipeline and to evaluate marketing effectiveness/return on investment
- Ensure that all leads generated in the region are assigned appropriately and receive timely follow up
- Manage/track budget and spend, working with the marketing team to create a quarterly marketing investment plan for the region
Requirements:- At least eight years of experience in the enterprise IT/Technology solutions industry, with direct experience working with information security, SaaS, or an enterprise networking company
- Proven success developing and executing regional marketing plans to address various buying cycle stages and personas utilizing a wide variety of demand generation tactics including social media
- Strong team player to drive successful cross-functional marketing campaigns in sync with different teams and stakeholders (Sales, Channel, BDR, Solution Architects)
- Strong influencing and diplomacy skills – proven ability to get buy-in across a variety of stakeholders, and the ability to work effectively with all levels of management and functional discipline
- Understanding of how to leverage distributors and channel partners to amplify and scale marketing programs
- Adept at balancing and negotiating the needs of the region with the demands from corporate
- Attention to detail, being well organized, and committed to high-quality work
- Experience working with Salesforce, Marketo, Eloqua
- Strong desire to learn, contribute and think innovatively
- Experience working with PR agencies a plus
- Good command of spoken and written English
Education:- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Communication or related
