We are currently seeking a Organizational Change Manager to join our team in San Antonio, Texas (US-TX), United States (US).

Provides expertise in the development and execution of business and financial solutions that adhere to government and industry best practices and standards. Serve as the expert on topics related to business process, service management, portfolio management, capital planning and investment/budgetary control. Serve as the expert on topics related to governance frameworks and organizational decision-making models. Serve as an advisor to senior leadership regarding the business and financial aspects of the organization. Provides a wide range of business and financial expertise to assist senior leadership in shaping and achieving the organization's strategic vision, operational and tactical goals, and may supervise others.

This contingent role drives the practice of Organizational Change for the Enterprise Information Technology Services Integrator and Integrated Service Providers. This role is responsible for communication, coordination, and training across the Enterprise Information Technology Services Integrator Environment and is accountable for accomplishing the smooth transition of initiatives in establishing the full vision for the Enterprise Information Technology Services Integrator program

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 6 years of Continual Improvement Management experience or 10 years of Continual Improvement Management experience in lieu of degree.
• U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance
