We are currently seeking a Senior Integration Developer to join our team in Louisville, Kentucky (US-KY), United States (US).
Job Responsibilities Include:
- Lead software projects through all stages of the life cycle, including responsibility for requirements capture, design, development and acceptance testing
- Participate in analysis activities such as producing use cases for a business object model
- Develop software that conforms to a design model within its constraints
- Validate the implementation for conformance to the design
- Decompose technical tasks and provide accurate estimates
- Performance tuning of specific software components
- Work in compliance with configuration management rules and guidelines
- Enhancement/bug fixes for IIB/SOA/J2EE/spring batch applications
- Coach less experienced members of your team
- Undertake development tasks without supervision, including software designing, programming and testing within a Test-Driven Development process
- Monitor progress and provide updates to the Project Manager
- Understand and apply a formal quality approach
Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum five years' experience in interface development using IBM Integration Bus(IIB)
- Minimum five years' experience in Java J2EE and Oracle SOA Suite - 11g/12C (BPEL, ESB, Mediator, Adapters, Business Rules, Human Tasks, OWSM), BAM, BPM
- Bachelor's of Information Technology or similar
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of integration protocols and standards, including WEB Services (SOAP/REST)
- Working experience with Java Spring MVC framework, SpringBatch
- UNIX/LINUX shell scripting
- Familiarity with version control tools similar to SVN & Git
- Ability to work closely with customers, operations group for deployment, troubleshooting, maintenance
- Excellent communication and inter-personal skills
- Ability to solve problems and provide solutions to complex and new business problems
- U.S. Healthcare/Health Plan industry knowledge
