We are currently seeking a Sr. MongoDB - Financial Services to join our team in Irving, Texas (US-TX), United States (US).

Day to Day Responsibilities include:
• Participate in MongoDB version upgrades with zero down-time and no impact to customers
• Experience in migrating data from very large Oracle Database into MongoDB collections
• Participate in Proof of Concepts and New replication Tools evaluation
• Knowledge and Understanding of Golden Gate Replication is desired
• Develop and deploy Oracle SQL, PL/SQL packages, functions, stored procedures, triggers, objects, tables, indexes, views, synonyms based on business requirements.
• Provide L3 Production Support of the application for any reported issues in PROD and CoB Databases
• Participate in forecasting and capacity analysis of future database growth needs
• Communicate status and escalate issues or delays that would affect deadline as early in the process as possible.
• Must be a good team player, and have experience working with a large team in both onshore and offshore and with multiple tech-stacks
• Knowledge of IBM Infosphere MDM data model (highly desirable)
• Work within a team to document user/business requirements, translate into technical designs, and explain technical issues clearly and accurately to both technical and nontechnical users.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical and interpersonal skills, as well as strong written and oral communications skills with demonstrated ability to adjust to changing priorities in challenging environments and be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Minimum Experience Requirements:

• Require a minimum of 7+ years MongoDB experience

Other Desired Experience Requirements:
- In Depth knowledge of data modeling and architecture of MongoDB and Oracle

- Have understanding of Java, MicroServices API to be used in transformation of data from Oracle to Mongodb

-Experience with data replication and sharding in a complex database environment

-Experience with Collection, Database creation, access pattern tuning, index creation and performance fine tuning

-Experience with Mongo Profiler, Compass, CRUD operations, MongoDB Aggregations

- Financial Industry working experience is highly desirable

-Experience with ServiceNow, HP Quality Center, JIRA, BitBucket, ClearCase
