We are currently seeking a Variable Life Insurance Business Analyst to join our team in Lincoln, Nebraska (US-NE), United States (US).

Job Responsibilities:

• Will prepare and analysis various reports to optimize team results.
• Will actively participate in various testing for new initiatives that impact the department.
• Identify trends, propose solutions and follow through until completion.
• Be a subject matter expert and a go to person on the team.
• SOP and Business Rules Creation
• Training
• Interactions with our customers

Position Requirements:

• Need 3 to 5 years in the insurance industry with strong domain knowledge on variable insurance
• Variable Life Insurance license SIE, Series 6 or Series 7, Series 26 or Series 24 and Series 63
• LOMA coursework or designations strongly preferred.
