Job Description:

Major Responsibilities:

1. Test failure analysis and root cause study
2. 分析测试失效产品,确定产品失效原因
3. Dispose test abnormal in time to support normal production
4. 及时处理测试异常,保障产线正常运行
5. Assist engineer on test yield, test utilization improving project.
6. 协助工程师进行测试良率和效率提升
7. Test data collection and analysis
8. 测试数据收集和分析
9. NPI product test program readiness checking
10. NPI产品测试程序检查
11. FA ENG tester PM for FA ENG tester and other tools
12. FA 测试机和其他工具的日常维护
13. CQ/Pull back request submit and follow up
14. CQ/Pull back 需求系统提交和物料跟进
15. Follow up TCN/SWR lot, report test status
16. 跟进 TCN/SWR lot 测试情况 , 提供测试情况报告

Qualifications:

1. Major in electrical / electronic engineering or mechanical engineering.
2. 电气 / 电子工程或机械工程等相关专业。
3. Minimum 3 yeas experience in hardware failure analysis
4. 至少 3 年的硬件失效分析相关工作经验
5. Be familiar with module manufacturing and testing process.
6. 熟悉模块生产和测试的流程
7. Be familiar with DMM
8. 熟练使用万用表
9. Be familiar with Linux system and command
10. 熟练使用 Linux 系统和相关操作指令
11. Be familiar with MAM system operation
12. 能熟练使用 MAM 系统
13. Be familiar with office software.
14. 熟练使用 office 办公软件。
15. Can perform 12-hour rotating.
16. 能适应 12 小时倒班。
17. Good communication skill and organization coordinated ability.
18. 良好的沟通能力和组织协调能力。
19. Fruent oral English and writing skills.
20. 熟练的英语听说读写能力。
