PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
SAP S/4HANA is at core of SAP’s Intelligent Enterprise vision, providing next-generation business processes, taking advantage of artificial intelligence so every employee can make smarter decisions, faster.
In running and scaling the SAP S/4HANA organization, the Chief of Operations (COO) team plays a vital role from implementing business operations to developing the organization and its people, controlling, and communications.
We are looking for a working student (f/m/d) in the office of the S/4HANA COO who enjoys supporting the team in a dynamic and fast paced environment.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
The related tasks include, but may not be limited to supporting the office of the COO:
• Provide support in the S/4HANA COO team Eg managing COO MS Team and weekly team meetings
• Support and driving adhoc short term projects with the COO office
• Creating high-level presentations, documentation and templates
• Stakeholder alignment, feedback consolidation and evaluation, minutes and action item tracking
• Establish and support process to manage and improve efficiencies within the office of the COO

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

• Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences (Business Economics, Business Engineering, Computer Science, other)
• Computer skills: Basic IT know-how, very good Excel- and PowerPoint abilities, and virtual collaboration tools
• Soft skills: Creative and curious, can-do attitude, reliable, team-player, ability to drive topics independently/self-starter abilities, analytical and structured
• Language skills: fluent English, German is an asset

As a student your working hours will be flexible with a maximum of 20 hours per week during the semester and up to 40 hours per week during the semester break.

As a full-fledged member of a highly motivated team you will have the opportunity to gain practical experience as well as theoretical know how. Individual support from a personal mentor enables you to gain experience with an international project environment.
