Role Value Proposition:

Reviews new business and project timelines to identify any non-standard provisions or services that may impact compliance, cost or MetLife’s ability to meet/exceed customer expectation. Negotiate plan design features and administrative services. Partner with business units to ensure implementations are delivered consistently, timely and high quality. Review and execute all legal documents and prepare and execute project plan. May be responsible for systems-related issues associated with new plan installations and conversions. Act as liaison between technology and administration staff during and possibly after the conversion process. Build interfaces between the organizations recordkeeping systems, define programming specifications for special client requests, implement changes and coordinate systems processing during the installation process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform very complex pre-Implementation processing tasks.
  • Coordinates responses to day-to-day client service requests.
  • Serve as subject matter expert.
  • Works on highly complex, larger scope projects.
  • Review and approve/deny settlement documentation submitted by brokers

Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills:

Required:

  • High School Diploma
  • 3 years of relevant experience

Preferred:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 5 to 7 years of relevant experience
  • Strong project Management Skills
  • Strong business and product knowledge
  • Strong customer service skills/customer centricity
  • Strong problem solving & communication
  • Time management skills
  • Organizational Skills
