Job Title: MedSurg, National Accounts Manager - Urology

**Candidate can be located anywhere in the Eastern US**

About this role:

In this position, participate in the creation, implementation and management of divisional pricing strategies, GPO Contracts, divisional programing, activity with top IDNs. Primary customer contact will be Premier, Vizient, HPG, Government, and selected Micro-GPOs. Lead the coordination of CSNA and 3rd party intermediaries. Hold a chair on the pricing committee.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Prepares annual division sales forecasts and participates in the determination of market potential and sales expense estimates.
  • Develop, implement and monitor the activity of the top IDNs.
  • Implement and manage GPO Contracts.
  • Experience in the ASC space.
  • Creation and implementation of economic programing
  • Attend and participate in customer, company and industry sponsored forums and courses.
  • Provides direction and assistance to sales support/marketing staff members in activities such as sales promotion, training or market research in planning, and executing special projects.
  • Strategic Customer Engagement
  • Coordinate with the other Sales Training and Sales Operations team members to ensure effective workflow throughout the contract lifecycle, consistent process execution, and unified approaches throughout Boston Scientific.
  • Conduct “C level” communication.
  • Work with the CSNA on 3rd party intermediaries to ensure business objectives are met.
  • Provide feedback received in the field on both Company and competitor products to Vice President of Sales & Vice President of Marketing and other senior managers on a real-time basis.
  • Champion critical Sales Program process initiatives designed to increase productivity, customer satisfaction and quality, while decreasing process cycle time, overall cost and business risk.
  • Pricing committee participant.
  • Reprocessing lead.
  • Liaison between Endoscopy and Corporate NSA.
  • Maintains awareness of industry trends and their impact activities.
  • Lead on identified IDNs, AMCs, and Alliances.
  • Plans and controls expenses to ensure all are met within budget.
  • Contribute to team effort by working with all members of the Company in all departments, as needed, especially with the other Directors of Sales.
  • Monitor and track contract compliance, provide the FSO with compliance reporting and conduct compliance analysis as required.

What we are looking for:

Minimum Qualifications

  • MA/MS/MBA in business discipline or equivalent experience required
  • Minimum 5 years successful sales management experience, documented success in sales and/or sales and marketing
  • Must be able to demonstrate competency in all required areas
  • Must possess the ability to determine and set direction
  • Must have strong background in people management
  • Strong listening, diagnostic and negotiating skills
  • Must possess the ability to engage customers at all levels in an account and be proficient in the CEO/CFO level engagement and communication.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to interact effectively with all levels within the organization and with outside vendors/consultants
  • Must possess creativity and the ability to think outside the conventional wisdom of a current situation to get a mutually beneficial outcome with those involved
  • Strong project management experience and willingness to travel 2-3 days per week.
  • Must be energetic, enthusiastic, determined and goal oriented
  • Excels in fast-paced environment
