Job Description
- The Position
- Prepare Printed Factsheets, Digital Factsheets, Newsletters, Quarterly Investment Reports and other complex investment documents in multiple languages for both asset managers and administrators.
- Review and validate document content in accordance with procedures.
- Manage the document approval process.
- Manage requests from clients and external stakeholders.
- Ensure all client deliverables are of the highest quality while meeting client requirements and deadlines.
- Suggest and implement new controls and process improvements.
- Support strong governance and control framework.
- Attend and contribute at client calls and daily team stand-up meetings.
The Person
- 1-2 years’ experience in a similar or related role in asset management, funds or securities processing industries.
- High attention to detail.
- Advanced knowledge and extensive experience of Microsoft Office software.
- Analytical problem solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to establish priorities, meet deadlines and concentrate on detailed information in a fast-paced demanding work environment.

- Working closely with clients on costs and charges disclosure to ensure compliance with MIFID II regulations.
Financial Reporting
- Preparation and Typesetting of annual and semi-annual financial reports.
Translation
- Applicable across the range of our services to enable us to provide a global reach for our clients.
