Job Description
As a SpecTek Business Systems and Recovery Manager, you will be responsible for managing the functionality and support of Business System Tools And Flow Development for operations. In this role, you will also manage All Activities and material requirements associated With Outside Product Recovery.
In addition, you will be responsible to promptly address issues involving business systems or outside recovery activities using proven problem-solving techniques. This may include collaborating with cross-functional team members to drive acceptable resolutions for all involved.
In this role, you will be required to perform all aspects of supervisor and management responsibilities.
Responsibilities and Tasks
Manage All Aspects Of Business System Tools And Flow Development
· Manage, Lead, and Drive Systems and Tool functionality, accuracy, improvement projects, and ongoing support for Business, Engineering, and Production Operations Teams.
· Understand, align, and maintain data integrity across systems, plans, and reports.
· Manage or actively participate in cross-functional and multi-departmental projects and/or teams.
· Provide support, solutions, and accurate data input for MAM Track Flows/Rules, SAP Marketing Part Numbers, Roadmap Entry/Maintenance, and Atlas Bin Configurations.
· Participate, coordinate, and understand requirements for effective interaction, integration, and alignment with Micron Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing, and Planning Systems.
· Manage the notification and approval of new products and part numbers.
· Create mark layout, align to a marketing part number and provide site requirements for deployment to tool.
Manage All Activities Associated With Outside Product Recovery
· Manage, facilitate, drive, and monitor the harvesting recovery efforts of Micron Silicon and Products external to a SpecTek recovery site. Inclusive of communication, material supply management, and delivery direction required to support program requirements.
· Develop, maintain, monitor, and publish effective tracking tools and metrics that outline the effectiveness, progress, risks, and performance of outside recovery activities on all targeted materials for recovery.
· Manage material availability, communicate of requirements and make alignment request to each program participant.
· Review historical expenses and provide expense budget quarterly to managers to support recovery activities.
· Work closely with the Traffic and Logistics team to coordinate shipping routes, prepare approved processes and documents, and address concerns raised by local customs officials.
· Provide customs fair market value (FMV) price updates each quarter to all program participants.
Identify, Problem Solve And Troubleshoot To Gain Resolution On Any Issue Encountered
· Collaborate with team members to drive resolution of identified problems.
Support and Perform Supervisor And Management Responsibilities
· Perform routine management responsibilities for direct reports - timesheets, time off, performance goals/reviews, etc.
· Develop and build an effective team that includes performing all of the hiring responsibilities associated with performance management and SuccessFactors.
Support And Perform EHSS Responsibilities
· Encourage and enforce safe, compliant behavior through periodic communications and the performance management process.
· Review and respond to reports from supervisory, EHSS staff and auditors.
· Perform work area inspections and observations of their operations.
· Maintain area procedures and training required to ensure legal compliance and conformance to management system.
